Koh Phi Phi National Park Information

There are currently two National Parks in Phi Phi Islands, Maya-Bay & Bamboo Island they are both protected areas. This means if you wish to visit one of the parks there will be a charge of 400 THB Per Person, this money is used by the National Park to maintain the beauty of these areas and to keep them clean. Some of our tours will not require you to pay this fee as it is already included in the price.

May 2016: Mosquito Island has been temperaraly closed by the National Park sevice in order to protect the island. Any tours advertising Mosquito Island as a stop will now be spending a longer time on Bamboo Island and can see Mosquito Island only from the boat.

Booking Information

We accept online payments through our website will all payments being processed via PayPal or Stripe which are reconised worldwide as the safest and securest methods of online payment. We do not see any of your credit/debit card details. To confirm a place on one of our tours you can make a booking online via our 'Book Online' Page. You must provide us with the date you wish to book your tour for and a valid

E-Mail address. After Making an online Reservation you E-Ticket will be sent to your E-Mail address within 24 hours confiring your place and any relevant information including meeting times and check in location. For our tours either a print out of your ticket or an electronic copy will be accepted. For transport services only a printed copy will be valid.

Refund Policy for Online Bookings Only

Our refund policy is as follows; 

All sales are final once you confirm your booking with us we will reserve you place on the selected service(s)and the ticket will be valid only for your selected route.

If you need to cancel you booked service(s) a refund of up to 50 percent only can be made providing you contact us within 28 days before your travel date.

Our date change policy is as follows;

Dates of service(s) booked may be changed at our discretion provided we are contacted 14 days prior to your travel date.

Bad weather cancelations;

In the Un-Likely event we have to cancell any service for any reason a similar replacement service will be offered or the service date may be changed. Failing that a full refund will be given.

Insurance and Licence

All our tours cover us and youself with a full insurance policy, we and any of our clients are all registered to the tourism autharity of Thailand and hold a full Travel and Tour Licence.

Delivery Information

Once you have completed the online booking process, your booking will remain in "Pending" status until processed. We will then send you your confirmed booking e-ticket via Email. The whole process will take a maximum of 24 hours. Once received, you will need to print your e-ticket out and present to the staff at the relevant booking counter on the day. If you have booked for one of our Phi Phi Island tours we can also accept an electronic copy, you will not be required to print out the ticket. If you do not receive the confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.

Check In Information

For all our services you must check in a minimum of 30 minutes before the advertised departure time failure to do so may be classed as a 'late check in' the check in location will be provided to you along with your e-ticket after booking. For any Phi Phi island tours the check in location is at our office on Koh Phi Phi Don, for any travel services the check in location will be at the relevant pier.

Late Check In - No Show - Missed Appointment, Polices 

Late check in policy;

You must check in for any service a minimum of 30 minutes before departure failure to do so will be classed as a late check in, in the case of this happening we will aim to move you to another service on the same day in the case of no alternative service being available we will aim to move you to another date. There is no guarantee we will be able to move you to any other service than the one you have booked and is at the discretion of Five Star Group Thailand.

No show policy;

In the case that you do not check in at the specified time and location without prior contact it will be classed as a 'No Show' in the event of this happening we advise you to contact us as soon as possible, no replacement service or refund will be offered.

Missed Appointment;

In the event you have booked a service with us and you are aware you are going to miss the check in, ie: Delayed in the airport, Ferry is running late you need to contact us before the scheduled departure time to allow us to find a replacement service suitable for you.

Please be aware the last passenger ferry's leaving Koh Phi Phi are at 15:30, For the majority of our tours the return time is later than 15:30 requiring you to stay at least one night on Phi Phi Island.
We reserve the right to change the route of any service if needed; Due to conditions such as bad weather or rough sea conditions.
